We take pride in our work and have built a strong reputation of honesty in the Hamilton area since 1964. Our current customer base consists of the Hamilton Police Department, Hamilton Fire Department, Emergency Services, U.S. Steel, Bell Canada, DARTS as well as many local residents, businesses, body shops, dealerships and other local repair garages. We are a second generation Family Owned and run company. Paul Crossman moved into the ownership seat in 2008 after working for his father as the service manager since 1992. Doug Crossman has remained onboard as a valued advisor and the driving force to get things done and get things done right. We are a full service repair shop including oil changes, tune-ups, engine and electrical diagnostics and repair, antilock brake system (ABS) and brake repairs, wheel alignments, wheel balancing, steering & suspension repairs, Tire Pressure System (TPS) reset and tire repair. We have the up to date training and equipment to handle most domestic and foreign vehicles. Our experienced service manager Don Richmond, Paul, Doug and our five licensed mechanics will advise you the best solution to any problems you may have with their combined automotive experience of over 200 years. It has been our long standing policy that we inform the client of necessary repairs and potential problems before we start the repairs.

Backing up our staff is the best training and technical assistance personal available to us. We participate in numerous training programs in the classroom and online. We subscribe to the best automotive technical solutions programs and troubleshooting websites in North America and are constantly on the lookout for improvements from the industry.

We are open to receive vehicles from 7:30am until 5:00pm Monday to Friday and are open most Saturdays from 8am until noon. There is an early morning key drop off and we would gladly shuttle you or your vehicle back and forth in the local area during our regular hours of operation. If you prefer to wait for your vehicle we have a comfortable waiting room with fresh coffee, Cable Television, up to date magazines, free book library and bring your laptop because we offer free WiFi to our customers. We also have a great shiatsu massage chair that is coveted by many of our repeat customers.

As a busy father and husband I relate to the hectic pace that today's society puts on us all. Our personal time is constantly being stretched between careers, children, clubs, organizations and other chores of daily existence. We don't always have time to fix and maintain our vehicles like they occasionally need to be. I encourage you to make use of the 8-10 hours that your vehicle sits every day in the parking lot at your work to get caught up on your vehicle "to do list". I encourage you to open a dialog with us about any current or future automotive repairs or vehicle maintenance you may need.
